Job summary

MegazoneCloud US seeks a Senior Software Engineer to modernize legacy applications into event-driven, agentic architectures on AWS. You will decompose systems, design target-state architecture, and build services and interfaces for client programs in regulated industries.

You will write production-grade Python and TypeScript/Node.js, develop REST/GraphQL APIs, and contribute to AI-enabled workflows with GenAI patterns. Hybrid/onsite near multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with 5-8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience.
• Experience delivering cloud-native solutions with AWS depth, containers, serverless, or microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js and ability to review code you did not write.

Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy applications and batch processes into event-driven, serverless designs on AWS.
• Design target-state architecture and create blueprints grounded in AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Build front-end interfaces such as chat UIs and dashboards, and write production-grade Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
