Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with backend in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience building on blockchain/DLT platforms and transaction lifecycle.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of features from design through deployment, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews.
• Adhere to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate client needs into high-impact solutions.
• Build test automation across the full stack and implement best practices.
• Partner with PMs to understand scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Implement blockchain integrations and smart contracts with security in mind.
