Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Tech Lead to drive innovation and technical excellence within the banking IT landscape. You will define solution architecture, guide engineering teams, and ensure secure, scalable delivery aligned with the bank's goals.

Lead collaboration with Solutions Architects, DevOps, Data, BI, and Infrastructure teams, while mentoring engineers and enforcing compliant practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in software development and tuning as well as system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with banking technologies and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Define how the solution must look like integrated to the system landscape of the bank and oversee technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable designs.
• Oversee development and implementation of technology solutions in alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Integrate security best practices into software development and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, BI, and Infrastructure teams for deployment and support.
