Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Technical Lead to join our Digital Talent Mall in Coral Gables, FL. This full-time, 12-month role centers on defining solution architectures, mentoring engineers, and delivering IT projects aligned with our bank client's strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, DevOps, Data Engineering, BI, and Infrastructure teams while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in software development and tuning as well as system architecture.
Hands-on banking technologies and compliance knowledge is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Define solution architecture aligned with business goals and requirements, with a deep understanding of current systems.
Define and communicate a clear vision for the desired future state of the organization’s technology and solutions.
Work closely with Solutions Architects to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with the system architecture.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Collaborate with third party vendors and cross-functional teams.
Oversee development and implementation of technology solutions with security and compliance in mind.
Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of IT systems in partnership with Corporate Security Office.
Robot with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance banking operations.
