Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software across the full SDLC, including UI, backend services, and API integrations. You will build data pipelines, implement CI/CD, and mentor peers while driving quality and performance improvements.

The role emphasizes AI integration, modern tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes), and enterprise security with OAuth2/JWT, delivering scalable software for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in development.
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development, administration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with GitHub and modern source control workflows.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and SDLC processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: architect production-ready integrations and tooling to embed AI into workflows, leading prompt design and LLM orchestration.
• CI/CD, IaC & Tool Modernization: design and optimize automated pipelines and modernize tooling with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• API & Backend Development: own end-to-end API lifecycle using Java, Go, or Python, with OAuth2/JWT and API gateways.
• Data Engineering & Analytics: build ETL/ELT workflows moving data from cloud storage to analytics layers.
• DevOps Metrics & DORA Analytics: define and track key metrics and maintain Power BI dashboards; mentor engineers in XP practices.
