Job Tittle: Technical Lead Architect (Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead Architect with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end architectures for D365 solutions, leading technical development efforts including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
This role involves collaborating with partners to translate business requirements into technical designs while ensuring standard processes in performance, scalability, and security of D365 applications. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure services, .Net, and third-party integrations is essential.
The selected candidate will drive technical governance, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding and deployment standards, contributing to our company’s strategic initiatives.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,782 to $186,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
