Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role.
• Experience with integrations and data migration projects.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
• Self-starter, proactive and team player.
• Occasional travel to clients up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative digital solutions across the Microsoft D365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Lead client discovery calls and whiteboarding to assess systems, apps and infrastructure.
• Present solution options, impacts and risks and provide estimates.
• Design and architect D365/Power Platform solutions while contributing hands-on development.
• Provide technical leadership for development, testing, deployment and support of custom solutions.
• Finalize specs for customizations, integrations and development efforts.
• Mentor other developers on projects.
• Allocate about half your time to writing high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and prospects to provide solutions that help them drive innovation across the digital landscape
• Lead client discovery calls and whiteboarding sessions to evaluate their current systems, applications and infrastructure
• Lead discussions on solution options, impacts and risks and provide estimates
• Propose, design and architect D365 and Power Platform solutions while staying hands on doing technical development work
• Provide technical leadership to others in developing, testing, deploying and supporting custom solutions
• Finalize technical specs for customizations, integrations and/or custom development
• Lead and mentor other developers on projects
• Spend 50% of your time writing high quality code that is scalable and reliable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect
• Experience with integrations and data migration projects
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, presentations, etc.
• Self-starter, proactive and team player
• Occasional travel to clients up to 20%
