Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. seeks a Technical Lead for Android Mobile Applications (Medical Device) to guide the development of connected medical device Android apps. This onsite role will manage a 4–5 engineer team, drive architecture, CI/CD, and lifecycle processes in a regulated environment.

The candidate will stay hands-on in design and development while coordinating with Regulatory, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Android mobile app development.
• 4–5+ years in Medical Device industry or SaMD domain.
• Experience developing SaMD applications.
• Understanding of IEC 62304 and medical device software lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Android mobile app development for connected medical device solutions.
• Mentor and oversee a team of 4–5 software engineers.
• Drive architecture, code quality, and scalability of apps.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Manage Google Play Store releases and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor delivery, performance, and engineering metrics.
• Remain hands-on with design, development, and technical decisions.
