Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Advanced experience with MS SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Angular and modern TypeScript-based front-end development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-native architectures, and AI-enabled application development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, and AI-driven engineering practices.
• Expertise with GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and developer productivity tools.
• Experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven success leading and coordinating offshore development teams in India.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing leadership skills.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives and delivery commitments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; AWS or Java certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications while remaining hands-on with development.
• Lead an offshore development team in India, drive sprint execution, mentor engineers, and oversee code quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients and executive stakeholders, providing project updates and managing risks.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions and cloud-native architectures on AWS to improve efficiency and scalability.
