Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a senior solution architect to lead end-to-end architecture for AI, GenAI, IoT, and digital transformation initiatives across asset-heavy industries. You will guide enterprise delivery, influence executives, and mentor distributed teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes.

You will partner with global architects and engineering teams to shape technology strategy and governance, leveraging cloud, Kubernetes, and modern AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of solution architecture, technology leadership, and enterprise delivery experience in AI, cloud, platform, or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead global teams, mentor talent, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Must-have technical skills include AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, IoT/IIoT, Edge Computing, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps, Security, and Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, IoT, Cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead technical delivery from strategy through implementation, ensuring quality, scalability, security, governance, and business outcomes.
• Drive architecture reviews, technology standards, and enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams while leading customer workshops, executive discussions, and cross-functional delivery efforts.
