Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years.
• Experience in full-stack enterprise web app development using modern technologies.
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive apps.
• Java-based backend apps and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot or similar.
• Strong OO and design pattern knowledge for scalable architecture.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in Agile/Scrum.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Lead, AI Application Development to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.
This role will guide the design and delivery of AI-enabled enterprise applications that support complex business and mission needs. The technical lead will partner closely with AI/ML specialists, solution architects, and stakeholders to move modern web applications from concept through production support. This position also provides hands‑on technical direction to development teams while helping ensure scalable architecture, strong engineering practices, and clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
