Job summary

A leading technology firm in Burbank is looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to define technical architecture and oversee innovative tools development. This role demands strong cloud-based solution design and extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, evaluating technologies, and maintaining technology roadmaps. Successful candidates will have over 8 years of relevant experience and expertise in AI/ML tooling, backend, and frontend frameworks. This position offers a hybrid work model with significant on-site engagement.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture roles.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
Hands-on experience with backend development and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience deploying and productizing applications.
Experience with AI/ML tooling and infrastructure.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

Define and oversee technical architecture for new production and innovation tools during proof-of-concept, prototype, and pilot phases.
Design scalable cloud-based solutions and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration points.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with security and system standards.
Evaluate technologies and select appropriate tools based on use cases and user requirements.
Maintain technology roadmaps supporting the evolution of solutions through innovation cycles.
Conduct code reviews, propose alternate implementations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Lead architecture discussions and guide engineering teams on system design and implementation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

Job description

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility)

Duration: 17 Months

Rate Range: Upto $103.50/hr on W2

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
