Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead 8 to drive project success through leadership, mentoring, and strong technical guidance. You will coordinate across offices and practices, ensure ISO compliance, and support budgets and client relationships on complex projects.

You will mentor teams, oversee progress, and deliver projects on time and within scope in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and 8+ years of experience, or 12 years equivalent.
• Proven track record managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and providing guidance.
• Familiarity with ISO compliance requirements and quality systems.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Train/mentor construction managers and field personnel.
• Supervise field personnel on select projects.
• Serve as internal resource and SME to staff and leadership.
• Coordinate between offices, practices and staff; provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects meet ISO compliance requirements.
• Assist Practice Leaders and Service Lines in client relationships and bids.
• Help manage budgets, schedules, and monthly progress reports.
