We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead to drive enterprise application development and delivery across globally distributed teams. This role combines hands-on coding expertise with technical leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for mission-critical enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Architecture & Design: Define scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architecture.
- Code Quality: Lead reviews, enforce standards, and promote engineering excellence.
- Technical Decisions: Drive framework/library choices balancing innovation and business priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Lead sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
- Ensure communication standards and traceable documentation.
- Partner globally for planning & estimation.
- Drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code pairing and technical guidance.
- Act as a bridge across regions (US, Singapore, UK, India).
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and translate business goals into technical plans.
- Promote knowledge sharing via documentation, handovers, and cross-training.
Other Responsibilities
- Hands-on coding for critical features and prototypes.
- Support DevOps & CI/CD for smooth deployments and system reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years programming (or 4+ years + PhD)
- Proven track record in technical direction and cross-functional partnerships
- Experience with enterprise-scale platforms, integrations, and production support
- Strong background in API design, unit testing, and maintainable codebases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as team lead or technical architect across multiple domains (Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement)
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
