Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, software development, and systems integration.
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DoD, DHS, VA, or civilian).
• Familiarity with RMF, FedRAMP, DoD STIGs, NIST 800-53.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills translating mission needs to technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to translate mission needs into technical solutions

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in classified environments or on SIPRNet/JWICS
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, AWS/Azure Architect, PMP, or SAFe
• Ability to lead Agile or hybrid development teams in government settings
• Strong communication skills and experience briefing senior government officials
