Job summary

Learningmate Solutions is seeking a Senior FullStack Lead to join our in-house client engineering team. You will drive the migration of a clinical learning platform and shepherd AI-powered features into production, writing code, shaping design, and mentoring engineers.

About the role

You will join the clients in-house engineering team working on a clinical learning platform

that is going through a platform migration and adding AI-powered features. This is a hands-

on senior role: you will write code, shape technical design, guide other engineers, and work

directly with US-based stakeholders.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain front-end, back-end and API components using TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Build and integrate AI features using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar).
• Design data models and write optimized SQL.
• Lead technical discussions, review code, and mentor junior engineers.
• Work in Agile sprints with US teams: refinement, estimation and status updates.
• Act as first point of escalation for complex technical issues in your area.

Must-have skills

• 7+ years in software engineering, with strong hands-on full-stack work.
• TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React.
• SQL, relational data modeling, and query optimization.
• REST API design and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and using prompt engineering (structured outputs, system prompts).
• Daily use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar).
• Unit testing / TDD and code reviews in Agile teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and comfort working directly with US clients.

Good-to-have skills

• Agentic AI: tool/function calling, MCP, agent frameworks, LLM evaluation (LLM-as- judge, regression tests).
• Responsible AI practices: guardrails, PII handling.
• LMS integrations, e.g. Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or LTI/SCORM-based platforms.
• Python; exposure to Java or .NET.
• Healthcare, EHR (e.g., Epic) or edtech domain experience.
• Experience as a tech lead or mentor.
