Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions, with a focus on integrating AI copilot capabilities. This role requires a strong foundation in .Net Fullstack development and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, develop, and implement software applications using .Net Fullstack technologies.
• Integrate AI copilot functionalities into existing and new applications to improve efficiency and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in AI and software development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in .Net Fullstack development, including ASP.NET, C#, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful software projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
