The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software development, demonstrates leadership, ATDD, Agile practices, and a track record of delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of overall experience.
• 8–10 years of development experience.
• 8–10 years in Core Java, SpringBoot, Angular with lead exposure.
• Experience designing/developing Microservices in cloud environments.
• Experience in REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of PCF.
• Exposure to Finance domain and equity programs.
• RabbitMQ experience considered a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in ATDD and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Java technology stack and offshore team.
• Drive design, coding, testing, and deployment of microservices.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
