This role requires a hands‑on leader who can guide the team in delivering high‑quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and Angular.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices to support various business functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and participates in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in Java Fullstack development.
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Proficient in front‑end technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud technologies are a plus.
