Job summary

Mphasis seeks a seasoned full stack developer to build rich web applications using C#, .Net and WebAPI in an Agile environment. You will work with an offshore development team based in India and engage directly with customers to understand their needs, translate requirements into robust solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should have 6–10 years of hands-on experience, strong UI capabilities with Angular 8+, testing with Jasmine/Karma, and familiarity with JIRA/Bamboo/Bitbucket.

Qualifications

6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Experience building rich UI web applications using C#, .Net, WebAPI.
Experience collaborating with offshore teams and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Develop rich web applications using C#, .NET, and WebAPI in an Agile environment.
Mentor and guide project team members; coordinate with offshore teams.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Full stack developer having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich Web Applications using C#, .Net, WebAPI tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good working experience in an offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in customer facing role.

Years of experience needed –

Candidate experience – 6 to 10 years

Technical Skills:

Must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience on .Net & C#. Experience in Angular will be a great advantage.
Must have at least 6-10 years of hands-on experience in developing rich UI web applications using;
- Any web development framework like Angular etc…
- HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap
- C#, .Net, WebAPI, WebServices
- Angular 8+
- Unit testing using Jasmine, Karma
- JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket
- Experience in Micro UI and Micro Services will be an advantage
- Any experience in cloud computing like AWS, Azure, Pivotal will be an added advantage
Must have good understanding of TDD and unit testing
Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development, AI like GitHub Copilot, SDLC.
Must possess good design thinking, technical problem solving skills.
Should be able to guide and mentor the project team in technical aspects

Certifications Needed:

5-9 years of hands-on experience in web application development
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

Behavioral Skills:

Good Team Player
At least 6 years of team leading experience including;
- lead a team of 6 - 10 resources at offshore
- able to work directly with customer stakeholders
- able to communicate clearly in oral and writing
- identify risks, plan mitigation
- escalate on time to customers and leaders
- good in prioritizing work and time management
- able to delegate work and get done with quality
- good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box
