Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with C#, .NET 6+, microservices, CQRS & DDD using MediatR.
  • Experience with Kafka, ELK, Redis, SQL Server and NoSQL; Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

  • Define the technology direction and architecture roadmap for software systems.
  • Assess legacy applications and guide remediation and modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Research, pilot, and implement innovative tools and techniques to improve quality and productivity.

Position Title: Technical Lead
Location: 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067

Position Responsibilities: Understand technological directions for architecting software
applications. Assess business needs and provide architectural and technology
guidance/roadmap towards application and systems development. Assess the legacy
application/technology and provide architectural and technology solution towards
application remediation process. Help in strategizing, reengineer, and architect legacy
components to fit into application maintenance, platform reengineering and technologies
remediation activities. Review and establish best practices, guidelines and global standards
from all design and development aspects of application development. Act as a liaison
between stakeholders, to ensure timely closure of the technical challenges for seamless
delivery and ensure standards or agreed guidelines are not compromised. Research,
recommend and implement proprietary tools and initiatives for technical quality and
productivity improvements. Research and implement proof of concepts towards identifying
technical options/solutions to meet business requirements during application development.
Assess the technical debt in applications to provide recommendations and resolutions for
reducing the same. Define the non-functional requirements for applications, after taking
adequate inputs from concerned client’s stakeholders and ensuring adherence to those,
through reviews, guidelines, feedback to the development teams. Collaborate with subject
matter experts and provide contribution towards solutions to business case studies.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: C#; .Net 6+; ELK Stack; Redis;
Kafka Admin; Microservices; CQRS & DDD using MediatR; SQL Server; NoSQL;
Google Protobuf; Docker; Kubernetes; Azure APIM; App Services; Event Bus; Key Vault;
App Configuration, and; Entra. Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the
U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
