Job description

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or any advanced technical certification specific to the project needs (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

2. Professional Experience:

• Minimum Years of Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing complex IT projects, particularly in government, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Specific Experience: Proven experience in overseeing the development and implementation of large-scale IT systems, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and maintenance. Experience in managing projects that involve data security and compliance with federal IT standards is highly beneficial.

• Technical Skills: Deep technical expertise in system architecture, software development, cybersecurity, and data management. Familiarity with the latest technologies used in the industry and their application in enhancing project outcomes.
