Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on AEM development, administration, security, and deployment management along with related Adobe Platform applications.

You will work on AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, components, templates, workflows, and asset pipelines, plus SPA integrations with AEM Headless and traditional architectures. Strong collaboration with UX/UI, analysts, and content authors is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, components, templates, workflows, and assets.
• Build and customize AEM components and integrations using AEM, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and HTL.
• Develop responsive UI with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SPA architectures and AEM Headless.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end L3/L4 AEM application support, triage, and issue resolution.
• Design and deploy configuration changes to improve usability and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, analysts, architects, and content authors to translate requirements.
• Coordinate hosting, access management, and CI/CD pipelines with modern Adobe Cloud capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure system availability, data integrity, and audits.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, architects, and content authors to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.


• Own and provide end-to-end L3/L4 application support for Adobe Experience Manager, including ticket triage, issue resolution, and user assistance across workflows, and reporting incident management, and root-cause analysis.


• Design Validate and deploy small to medium configuration and site enhancements to streamline workflow changes across sandbox and production environments and improve usability and reduce manual effort.


• Collaborate with Adobe team, stakeholders and developers to create and deploy scalable solutions, Proactively identify automation opportunities to reduce manual steps.


• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes, ensuring high availability of the system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, including automated deployment and monitoring compliance with audit and access review requirements.


• Coordinate hosting configuration, access management, and operational support with Cloud and Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, and adoption of modern Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
