Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AEP Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform use cases. You will work with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, and AEP data capabilities to activate marketing initiatives.

The role focuses on ETL design, data ingestion, and ensuring data governance and privacy compliance across platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of developing and implementing marketing automation solutions.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe journey optimizer, Adobe Campaign & Adobe Experience Platform.
• Expertise in Data Activation: AJO, AEP RT-CDP, AEM Integration with Target, Analytics and AJA, Destination Configurations.
• Implementation and testing of journeys, campaigns, and reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy compliance, and industry standards.
• Experience with ETL workflows and data ingestion for AEP.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Performance and Load Optimization: Optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing to ensure AEP can handle expected data volumes and user loads without performance degradation.
• Expertise in AJO Journey Creation and Measurement: Implement, configure, test, rollout new journeys, campaigns
• Technical developer certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.

• Expertise in Data Activation: AJO, AEP (RT-CDP), AEM (Adobe experience manager) Integration with Target, Analytics and AJA, Destination Configurations, Export APIs
• Expertise in Performance and Load Optimization: Optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing to ensure AEP can handle expected data volumes and user loads without performance degradation.

• Business Use Case Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AEP solutions. Develop detailed business use cases that demonstrate how AEP functionalities can be leveraged to address specific business needs and improve customer experiences.

AEP Solutions Development

AEP Solutions Development: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform to design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases. Leverage AEP functionalities and data capabilities to build innovative and effective solutions that align with business objectives.

• ETL and Integrations: Design and implement efficient ETL processes and integrations with other systems to ensure a continuous flow of data and activation for marketing activities.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Journey design and configuration to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging for omni channel interactions.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Monitor the performance of AEP solutions, proactively identify issues, and provide timely resolutions. Troubleshoot any technical challenges and optimize AEP workflows for enhanced efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies. Continuously explore opportunities for enhancing existing AEP solutions and adopting new features to deliver a competitive advantage.
