Qualifications

• Strong enterprise Salesforce implementation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, triggers, and asynchronous processing.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our growing delivery team and take technical ownership of complex Salesforce implementations.

The Role

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership across enterprise Salesforce programs. You will work closely with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who combines strong Salesforce development expertise with technical leadership and excellent client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce Developers.
• Develop and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and Flow.
• Lead code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Work closely with Salesforce Technical and Solution Architects on overall solution design.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential performance or scalability issues.
• Support release management, deployments, testing, and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues across development and production environments.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions.
• Help establish development standards and improve engineering practices across delivery teams.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce professionals.

Required Experience

• Strong professional experience delivering Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, triggers, asynchronous processing, and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security, sharing, and data models.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce development teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce consulting or systems integration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tooling.
• Experience working within distributed or global delivery teams.

Certifications

Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, including:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Application Architect certifications
• Salesforce System Architect certifications
