We seek a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong Java development, test automation, and quality engineering to design, test, and maintain Salesforce-based applications for Financial Crimes, Compliance & Ethics, and Regulatory Reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Apex development and Service Cloud expertise.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Java development, test automation, and quality engineering to support strategic initiatives for Fannie Mae. This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce-based applications supporting Financial Crimes, Compliance & Ethics, and Regulatory Reporting functions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with expertise across Salesforce development, automation testing, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
