Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant with a strong background in program management to lead complex modernization projects for clients in the Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on Oracle Cloud implementations, GL consolidation processes, and end-to-end project oversight.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud/ERP, and the ability to guide clients through requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations or related ERP projects.
Experience in GL Module, month-end activities and consolidations is preferred.
Strong program management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud implementation and modernization projects.
Coordinate release scheduling and project tracking across teams.
Act as SME to guide clients through the systems development lifecycle and document set‑ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expertise in Oracle Cloud Implementation and Modernization Projects.
Experience in GL Module, Month end activities and Consolidations.
Experience in Program Management and Project Management.
End-to-end Project Tracking and Release Scheduling.
Deep understanding of Agile Methodology and experience as a scrum master and Release Train Engineer.
Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
Configure the Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle EBS / Cloud (functionality and guide technical team for technical design specifications and solution for Data Conversions / Extracts, application extensions, Reports and Interfaces with other applications.
Identify functionality gaps, perform POCs and develop solutions / workarounds Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
