Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Functional consultant for NJ-based opportunities. The role focuses on end-to-end configuration in AP/Tax/FA/GL within EBS and Fusion Cloud, asset conversion, and delivering functional guidance across the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have 10–20 years of experience, strong Oracle knowledge, and the ability to map business requirements to technical designs while coordinating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science required.
• 10–20 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud/ERP environments.
• Experience with EBS and Fusion Cloud in AP/FA/GL modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration in Oracle EBS & Fusion Cloud (AP, Tax, FA, GL).
• Manage asset conversion processes in EBS & Fusion Cloud.
• Provide functional consulting and guide clients through the systems development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expertise in AP/Tax / FA /GL end to end configuration in EBS & Fusion Cloud
• Expertise in Asset Conversion process in EBS & Fusion Cloud
• Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Configure the Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle EBS / Cloud (functionality and guide technical team for technical design specifications and solution for Data Conversions / Extracts, application extensions, Reports and Interfaces with other applications.
• Identify functionality gaps, perform POCs and develop solutions / workarounds Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials
• Expertise in BPM Workflows. Experience in Payment Process
• Hands-on with BI publisher reports.
