Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Technical Lab Manager to lead the technical department on a 12:00 AM–8:00 AM shift. The role oversees a team of supervisors in a high‑volume clinical laboratory environment and reports to senior management.

• Ensures lab procedures meet quality standards.
• Prepares reports for senior management of lab testing activities.

Hours may vary depending on business needs

Pay range: $76,650+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Provides leadership for a staff of technical department personnel. Plans, organizes, and directs the daily activities of the department through subordinate supervisors. Typically manages one Technical area.
