Job summary

• Oversee lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth implementation and support.
• Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards.
• Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.
• Manage large budget-related projects.
• Work with internal and external partners and PMO offices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff.
