• Support audio, video, and data capture operations for investigations.
• Assist with lawful electronic surveillance under court orders.
• Troubleshoot and configure technical systems in field and controlled environments.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of operations.
• Maintain property and evidence room, cross-trained in digital forensics.
