Qualifications

• Routinely run and manage reports detailing completed work and pending items.
• Maintain secure case files and update electronic and paper records.
• Collaborate with Agency personnel to satisfy data requests and inquiries.
• Prepare written responses to inquiries and ensure timely completion of reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the secure case management system with all program work products.
• Provide technical advice to program stakeholders and agency personnel on documentation.
• Ensure case files are current with appropriate documentation.
• Sanitize and protect government records to maintain security.
• Analyze intelligence data and integrate findings into program files and correspondence.
• Draft responses and update case management as required.
• Maintain partnership documentation and generate Monthly Program Status Reports.
