Qualifications

• Administer daily aspects of the documentation program including daily work coordination with the Agency and other agencies
• Routinely run and manage reports to ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain secure case files both in paper and electronic systems
• Prepare and deliver written responses to inquiries and log action items
• Ensure timely completion of correspondence and Monthly Program Status reporting

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update the secure case management database with all documents and work products
• Provide technical advice to stakeholders on program documentation
• Sanitize government records to maintain security
• Collaborate with partners to collect, maintain and analyze intelligence data and incorporate it into case files
• Prepare written responses and update case management system
• Ensure documentation inquiries are answered timely and accurately
• Record and report key program status updates
