Overview
As the Technical Integration Manager at Tru Consulting, you will oversee all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and integration. You will lead the most complex technical workstreams, manage the integration team, and provide strategic direction to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding technical decisions, solving complex problems, and driving innovation within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and ensuring seamless integration across all client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet Billable Hours Target: Ensure that you meet or exceed the set target for billable hours by efficiently managing your time and workload.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee all technical aspects of projects, ensuring technical excellence and integration.
- Complex Workstreams: Lead the most complex technical workstreams, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
- Team Management: Mentor the integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies that align with client needs and organizational goals.
- Technical Solutions: Architect and design technical solutions that address complex client requirements.
- Problem Solving: Provide technical expertise to solve complex problems and ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Innovation: Drive innovation within the organization, promoting best practices, thought leadership and advanced technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality in all technical deliverables and integrations.
- Business Development: Provide strategic sales support. Support business development activities by providing technical insights and contributing to proposals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders, providing technical leadership and building trusted advisory relationships.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Competencies (SKACs)
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in technical architecture, data integration, and system troubleshooting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead matrixed teams, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
- Anaplan Proficiency: Deep expertise in using Anaplan software, with advanced certifications such as Solution Architect preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, active listening and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including risk management, resource planning, and quality assurance.
- Client Focus: Ability to work closely with clients, understand their technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and promote best practices within the organization.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate technical teams.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and financial systems, with experience in higher education or the public sector preferred.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to delivering high-quality technical solutions and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced certifications such as Anaplan Solution Architect, PMP, or other relevant technical certifications.
- 4-7 years of progressively responsible technical experience, including project management and team leadership.
- Current Permanent US Work Authorization Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Anaplan Implementation: Extensive experience with Anaplan implementations, including designing and building models, data integration, and system troubleshooting.
- Technical Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Complex Solutions: Experience in architecting complex, multi-dimensional models and technical solutions for large enterprise clients.
- Software Development: Competent with software development practices and languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Higher Education and Public Sector industries, with experience addressing their specific technical challenges.
- Change Management: Expertise in leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted advisory relationships at the executive level.
- Performance Optimization: Demonstrated experience in optimizing system performance and ensuring scalability of solutions.
- Documentation: Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and integration plans.
