Job Title: Construction ERP Integration Manager

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

The Opportunity

I’m hiring for a fast-growing construction tech startup that’s building a modern platform for managing field operations. They’re now looking for a Construction ERP Integration Manager — someone who understands the complexity of construction ERP systems and can lead technical integrations that connect their platform with tools used by finance, payroll, and project teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the construction space, understands how systems like Viewpoint, Sage, CMiC, or Foundation are used in the real world, and can translate customer needs into smooth, scalable integrations.

About the Role

You’ll own ERP integrations from end to end — from scoping and implementation to testing, troubleshooting, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders (typically finance, IT, and ops) and internal product and engineering teams to make sure the platform connects seamlessly into the broader tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP integration projects across new and existing customer accounts
• Work directly with customer IT and finance teams to understand data flows and integration needs
• Implement and configure integrations with systems like Sage, Viewpoint Vista, CMiC, Foundation, Acumatica, etc.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and build custom solutions when needed
• Own API configurations, middleware tools, and system mapping documentation
• Troubleshoot data sync, logic errors, or business rule conflicts during setup
• Provide hands-on support during onboarding and help drive successful adoption
• Develop internal documentation, playbooks, and technical guides to streamline future implementations

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience implementing or integrating ERP systems in the construction space
• Deep understanding of construction-specific ERPs such as Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, CMiC, Foundation, Acumatica, etc.
• Experience with API-based integrations, data mapping, and system configuration (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the architecture)
• Excellent client-facing skills — able to guide conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bonus: experience working in a SaaS company or supporting software implementations in a tech environment
