Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking a Technical Integration Facility (TIF) Manager to support the U.S. Army Future Training Directorate (FTD) in Orlando, Florida. You will run daily operations for the program line of effort and the TIF, coordinate requirements across Army commands, and serve as alternate on-site lead for the Threat Tec team.

Minimum qualifications include U.S. citizenship, active DoD SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, and familiarity with JCIDS and Army

• Active DoD SECRET clearance (must be active at start).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience managing a lab, integration facility, test site or similar technical operation.
• Familiarity with JCIDS and Army acquisition processes.
• Experience planning events, demonstrations and distinguished visits.

$106,000 - $130,000 a year

Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance requirements, internal equity, and customer or contract requirements.
