Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree in Business or Engineering and 3+ years in Inside Sales within the Industrial Fluid Process sector, plus strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) from a Business or Engineering program.
• Three plus years experience in Inside Sales in Industrial Fluid Process industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers and support to outside sales staff.
• Respond to technical questions on products or systems by phone or email.
• Discuss specifications to identify correct product and advise substitutions when needed.
• Prepare detailed product quotations with price, discounts, and shipping charges.
• Coordinate with service technicians and managers to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain order accuracy, pricing, back orders, and delivery information.
