Purple Drive Technologies is seeking an experienced technical trainer to join its Technical Training Academy in Conroe, TX. The role will deliver classroom-based and hands-on training focused on electrical, power, and mechanical systems to technicians, customers, and service professionals.

The ideal candidate will translate complex concepts into practical demonstrations, develop training materials, maintain labs, ensure safety and course readiness, and contribute to continuous program

Formación

• Hands-on experience in electrical, power, or mechanical systems.
• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technicians and service professionals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Mentoring or training experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate brings strong practical industry experience and the ability to demonstrate complex technical concepts to technicians, customers, and service professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical, power, or mechanical systems.
• Background in data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, or commercial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of power distribution, electrical equipment, mechanical systems, or related technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and demonstrate equipment operation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training technical teams is an advantage
