Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Technical Instructor to support DoD training programs, developing and delivering advanced instruction on geospatial data, data integration, and OSINT techniques.

You will work with ESRI ArcGIS, Jupyter Notebooks, and API workflows to create hands-on exercises and evaluated training, coordinating with Government stakeholders and travel logistics for on-site and remote sessions. Security clearance and instructional design expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent technical training experience.
• Expert knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, Jupyter Notebooks, and API-based data integration.
• Familiarity with RBAC and data cataloging standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced instruction for DoD training audiences.
• Coordinate with Training Coordinator to align content with events.
• Maintain training data tracking and program performance dashboards.
• Document planning, delivery, and evaluation of each training program.
• Coordinate travel, country clearances, and liaison with commands and embassies.
• Produce post-training impact reports and language satisfaction surveys.
