Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Technical Instructor to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS. You will develop and deliver hands‑on training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT with practical content for technical users.

The role emphasizes secure data environments, RBAC, and cataloging standards, delivering practical exercises and coordinating with the Training Coordinator to meet government priorities. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction.

Responsibilities

• Possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training on Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Demonstrate familiarity with secure data environments, RBAC, and cataloging standards.
• Create hands‑on exercises simulating real‑world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with objectives and priorities.
• Support attendees post-training and engage with U.S. and partner personnel.
