Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Technical Instructor to develop and deliver training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies for USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS. The role emphasizes practical, hands-on instruction for technical users in a secure environment.

The instructor will use Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, and ESRI ArcGIS tools, ensuring RBAC and metadata standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction.
• Working knowledge of OSINT, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft with ESRI ArcGIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver hands-on training on data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Create practical exercises using Jupyter Notebooks, APIs, and visualization tools.
• Coordinate with Training Coordinator to align delivery with Government‑directed priorities.
• Support documentation, post-training follow-up, and engage with personnel from the U.S. and partner nations.
