• Assist sales to solve complicated customer needs efficiently.
• Review product design for compliance with customer requirements.
• Process sales opportunities and quotations per policies.
• Provide CAD drawings to customers as needed.
• Visit customer facilities to document requirements and future projects.
• Create bill of materials for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain updated knowledge of assigned accounts.
• Document all customer, sales, and project interactions.
• Develop alternative system designs for material handling equipment.
• Assist with proposal documentation for the design phase.
• Support product testing with the sales team.
• Check product design against customer build specs.
• Support trade shows and entertaining customers.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
