Job summary

Arc3 Gases in Charlotte, NC seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow profitable sales by providing technical expertise, support, and service to walk-in and remote customers. You will sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases and welding supplies while answering inquiries, processing orders, and assisting loading and delivery tasks.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and a willingness to obtain CDL Hazmat if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs of merchandise as needed.
• Must have a valid license with clean driving record and willingness to obtain Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Must have computer skills or some knowledge of computer order entry system.
• Must have exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases along with welding supplies and related equipment to walk-in customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, handling complaints, and processing paperwork.
• Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to complete tasks.
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver products when necessary.
• Maintain professional demeanor and support team members with orders and supplies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Arc3 Gases.
