Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative or solution-selling approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, research, and outbound sales.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, order, installation, and follow-up.
• Learn PMC's machinery and become a knowledgeable resource for customers.
• Work with engineering and other internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate customer visits, machine demonstrations, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests.
• Identify opportunities for additional equipment, upgrades, and services within existing accounts.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer information, and activity in CRM.
