Job summary

My3Tech Inc is seeking a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist contractor to plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

The role includes configuring enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and app deployment, with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise integrations, migration support, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Enterprise MDM deployment experience with Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access and device security policies.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer abilities.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's MDM/endpoint management environment.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Manage app deployment, security baselines, and integrations (Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
• Provide migration support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Perform knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations for agency staff.

50% Remote, In person occasionally if required

The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices. Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff

Technical experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Enterprise mobile device management implementation

Experience with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, security policies, and enterprise device enrollment/configuration

Experience providing documentation, knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and working with government or highly regulated environments
