Sportech, a growing Elk River, MN company, seeks a Technical Illustrator to design and write technical documentation for our cab components and systems. You will create, update, and modify work instructions, manuals, and installation documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with emphasis on Technical Illustration, Communication, and/or writing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical illustrating and/or drafting and 3D modeling.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication with team members and supervisors for clear work instructions.
• Solid mechanical and technical aptitude; knowledge of reading engineering prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and write technical documentation for Sportech products.
• Create and update work instructions for production processes.
• Maintain records and revisions of documents.
• Review and redline documents, and implement ECOs as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and safety experts to ensure accuracy.
