Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree required in technical or communications.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical field; fitness equipment experience a plus.
- Strong technical writing with step-by-step assembly/service docs.
- Hands-on aptitude for assembling, troubleshooting, repairing equipment.
- Experience incorporating feedback to improve materials.
- Valid driver's license for local travel and MVR checks.
Responsibilities
- Lead docs projects through completion.
- Create/update service bulletins, assembly instructions, guides.
- Develop photos, drawings, diagrams, and videos to simplify procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep docs current.
- Support new product launches by providing needed info to support teams.
- Maintain feedback loops with teams, suppliers, technicians, and customers.
