Job summary

Bühler Group in Michigan is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle a variety of service duties and provide technical support through a customer and field service help desk.

You will answer calls, resolve issues, issue service parts, and deliver immediate remote assistance and troubleshooting to customers and Field Service Technicians, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Answers phone calls for customer issues.
