Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Knowledge of quality standards and ESD-safe procedures.
• Ability to read and work from drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and/or written instructions.
• Ability to use a variety of equipment including power supplies, multimeters, leak detection/vacuum systems, pressure generators, volt meters, ohmmeters, ovens, soldering equipment, microscopes and precision hand tools.
• Communication Skills – clear written and verbal communication with all supervision levels.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides work instruction and prioritizes work of their team to ensure integration quality, production objectives and schedules are met.
• Coordinate and monitor the workload and flow of technicians to maintain efficiency, quality, safety and housekeeping.
• Train employees on company work methods, procedures, and skills development.
• Serve as first level technical escalation for area technicians and resolve production process issues.
• Prepare, build and test product, package and deliver.
• Assist with skill assessment and performance reviews.
