Technical Graphic Artist/ Production Artist

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read prints and understand GD&T.
• Generate prints/proofs for manufacturable parts.
• Design and develop tooling for manufacturing, including creating files and films for screen-printed separations, embossing dies, steel rule dies, and pad printing applications.
• Check the initial use of tooling for accuracy and quality.
• Design internal graphics and documents, such as signs, floor plans, technical documents, drawings, prints, and procedural directions.
• Manage workload promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer-related product development information.

Requirements

• Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality systems, safety requirements, manufacturing process flows, and work instruction adherence.
• Ability to work independently and self-directed.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in 3D program design and screen printing on polymer films is preferred but not required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work cooperatively, attentiveness to detail, effective communication, reliability, and transportation.

This position is 100% onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available.
